This page describes every way a person can come to receive a text message from Queen City Calls at (513) 822-5964, what those messages say, and how to stop them. There are exactly two ways, and both of them start with you contacting us first. We never buy, rent, import, or upload phone numbers.
You dial (513) 822-5964, our published business number, and the call is not answered. The greeting then asks you to press 1 if you want us to text you a booking link. Pressing 1 is the consent. Calling us is not enough on its own: if you press nothing, press any other key, or hang up, we send no text at all and call you back instead. We reply by text only to the number that pressed 1, and only to that number.
The greeting names Queen City Calls and then asks for your agreement in these words, word for word, every time:
Call (513) 822-5964, let it ring through, and you will hear it. That prompt plays on every unanswered call this line takes, whatever time of day you call, and it plays whether or not a text is due to follow. Each press of 1 is recorded against the call, so we can always show when a given number opted in and to which wording.
One text message, and only if you pressed 1. It identifies Queen City Calls, tells you we missed your call, and gives you a link to pick a time. If you do not reply and do not book, that is the only message you get.
You open our booking page at calendly.com/queencitycalls/30min, choose a time, enter your phone number, and tick a consent box that is not ticked for you. Ticking it is entirely optional: the booking goes through either way, and if you leave it unticked you simply get no texts. Your phone number is required because the consultation itself is a phone call, not because of messaging. The box reads, word for word:
A confirmation text when you book, and a reminder before the appointment. Nothing else. If you reschedule or cancel, you get a text confirming that instead.
Reply STOP to any message from us. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing further. STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, and REVOKE all work. To start again later, reply START.
Reply HELP to any message and we reply with our business name, this page, and how to reach a person. You can also email [email protected] or call (513) 822-5964 and ask us to remove your number.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
