Terms of Service

These terms cover the use of the Queen City Calls website and messaging service, operated by Queen City Calls, serving the Greater Cincinnati area.

Messaging terms

By pressing 1 when the greeting on an unanswered call asks whether you want a text, or by ticking the optional text message consent box when you book, you agree to receive text messages from that business about your inquiry. Booking works the same whether or not you tick that box. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Our text messaging program page describes both opt-in paths in full, including the exact consent wording shown on the booking form and the messages we send.

Messages are sent only to phone numbers that contacted the business first. We do not send bulk or promotional messages, and we do not buy or import contact lists. Opting out stops all further messages immediately. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our privacy policy for how your information is handled, including our commitment that mobile information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Service for business clients

For businesses that hire us, the service is a flat monthly retainer, quoted in writing. There is no setup fee. Setup covers configuration and testing of your phone number, missed-call text-back, booking, follow-up, and review requests. The monthly retainer covers the running tools and reasonable adjustments.

Any change to your rate will be given to you in writing at least 30 days beforehand.

There is no contract term. Either side can cancel at any time with notice before the next monthly billing date. Monthly fees already paid are not refunded, and you keep service through the period you paid for.

Your responsibilities as a client

Provide accurate business information for carrier registration. Messaging providers require it and false information can get your number blocked.
Use the service only to communicate with your own customers about your own business.
Do not use it to send marketing blasts, or to message anyone who has opted out.
Follow applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

We can suspend the service if it is being used in a way that violates these terms or puts carrier compliance at risk.

What we do not promise

The service depends on third-party providers including phone carriers, Twilio, and Calendly. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted delivery, and we are not responsible for outages, delays, or messages blocked by a carrier. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
